Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

As a print-on-demand store, our shipping process is divided into two distinct phases: Fulfillment and Shipping.

1. Fulfillment (Production Time)

• Timeframe: All products are custom-made upon order. The average time for production is 2–7 business days. This period allows our print partner (Printful) to carefully create, quality-check, and package your unique item.
• Holiday Delays: Please note that fulfillment times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Time (Delivery Estimate)

Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped according to the following estimated transit times:

• United States (Domestic): 3–8 business days
• Canada: 6–10 business days
• International (All others): 10–20 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.

Tracking: A tracking link will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Additional Shipping Information

• Customs and Import Taxes: ASTHREON is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international orders. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred at their country’s border, and we are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
• Order Tracking Responsibility: While we provide a tracking link via email, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the progress of their shipment. If you notice any irregularities in the tracking status, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
• Multiple Shipments: To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this is the case for your order.
