Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Every item in our store —including our t-shirts— is made especially for you once you place your order. This means production is not instant, but it ensures better quality and less textile waste.
The fulfillment process typically takes between 2–7 business days. During this time, your shirt is printed, pressed, and carefully inspected. Once the order leaves the fulfillment center, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once fulfillment is complete, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- International orders: delivery times vary depending on your country and local customs processes
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carriers. Holidays, extreme weather, or carrier delays may occasionally affect the delivery time—although this is rare.
Q: Where are orders shipped from?
A: Our printing partner (Printful) has multiple fulfillment centers across the United States and other countries. Your order is automatically routed to the facility that can fulfill it fastest and closest to you. This helps minimize carbon emissions and reduce shipping time.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. If you can’t locate your tracking email, check your spam folder or reach out to us and we’ll resend it.

A: Since each t-shirt is printed on demand —specifically for you— we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size mistakes, or changes of mind.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before placing your order and comparing the measurements to a t-shirt you already own.
Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective?
A: Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If the shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing issue, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (shirt and packaging)
- A brief description of the problem
