Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your t-shirt has finished production and leaves the fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. Depending on the carrier, tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created. If you don’t see tracking information right away, don’t worry — this is normal and simply means the carrier has not scanned the package yet. If you ever need help locating your tracking link, just reach out and we’ll be happy to resend it to you.
Q: My order shows “Delivered,” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
A: This is more common than you might think. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it is physically placed at your door, mailbox, leasing office, or building reception. We recommend checking around your property, asking neighbors, or contacting your local mail carrier to confirm the exact drop-off location. In many cases, the package shows up within 24 hours. If you still can’t locate it after that, reach out to us and we’ll gladly help investigate the situation and explore the next steps together.
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated for several days. Should I worry?
A: Not necessarily. Some carriers experience occasional delays with scanning updates, especially during high-volume seasons, holidays, or local distribution backlogs. Even if tracking appears frozen, your package is often still moving through the network. We recommend waiting a few more days for a new update. If there are no changes for longer than expected or you’re concerned, contact us and we’ll gladly assist by checking carrier visibility and possible delays on our end.
Q: What happens if my package gets lost in transit?
A: Although rare, packages can sometimes go missing during shipping. If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a solution, which may include a replacement at no extra cost depending on the situation. We’re here to make sure you’re taken care of — just reach out so we can open a case and keep you updated through the process.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
A: We only have a short window to update shipping information, because orders go into production quickly. If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to edit it before fulfillment begins. Unfortunately, if your order has already been printed or shipped, the address can no longer be changed. In those cases, we may suggest contacting the carrier directly or exploring alternative solutions.
Q: Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
A: This can happen if your order contains multiple items or if products are fulfilled in different facilities. Our printing partner uses several fulfillment centers across the country to minimize shipping times. If your order is split into more than one package, you’ll receive separate tracking emails for each one. This doesn’t mean anything is missing — the items are simply traveling separately and may arrive on different days.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses?
A: Yes, most carriers can deliver to P.O. boxes and certain military addresses, depending on the shipping method selected. However, tracking details and delivery speeds may vary slightly. If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies, feel free to ask us before placing your order.
Q: Delivery was delayed due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Can you speed it up?
A: Once a package is in the carrier’s system, delivery speed is fully managed by them, and delays may occur due to seasonal demand, weather conditions, or logistical challenges. While we can’t control carrier timelines, we can always help track down updates and assist you with any concerns while your order is on the way.
