Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

As a print-on-demand store, our shipping process is divided into two distinct phases: Fulfillment and Shipping.

1. Fulfillment (Production Time)

• Timeframe: All products are custom-made upon order. The average time for production is 2–7 business days. This period allows our print partner (Printful) to carefully create, quality-check, and package your unique item.
• Holiday Delays: Please note that fulfillment times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Time (Delivery Estimate)

Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped according to the following estimated transit times:

• United States (Domestic): 3–5 business days
• Canada: 6–10 business days
• International (All others): 10–20 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.

Tracking: A tracking link will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
